Stars and Stripes in the VLN

The legendary Nordschleife has fans even on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. So it is not a surprise that John Shoffner returns to the amazing race track in 2018 again. Together with his fellow countrywoman Janine Hill, the Team Principle from Knoxville, Tennessee, will be at the start again in the coming season of the endurance championship with a Porsche 991.2 GT3 Cup. The driver trio is completed by the 54-times VLN class winner Arno Klasen.

J2 Racing looks back onto a successful year. They took the total of seven top-three results in the VLN, including two victories in the Cup 2 at the ROWE 6 Hour ADAC Ruhr-Pokal-Rennen and at the 63rd ADAC Westfalenfahrt. “Once more, GetSpeed has prepared the car perfectly. We had some great test days before the season, we are ready”, says John Shoffner and Janine Hill adds: “We love the VLN and are very much looking forward to the season.”
