Things are finally going to move again – Test and set-up session 2018!

When the pit lights go green again for the first time in 2018 on the 17th of March, the action at the Green Hell will again be determined by the race cars. Between 9am and 5pm, the teams will enter the track for their first tests in the new year. Seven days before the first official race at the Nürburgring, the test and set-sup session provides a perfect possibility to test the touring and GT cars at the most demanding race track of the world.

But not only the teams of the VLN endurance championship, of the RCN and of the 24 Hour Race will be able to get prepared to the season and present their VLN cars already for an initial scrutineering – the spectators, too, will be able to get a true first foretaste.

Free entrance for spectators

Whilst the race cars will be on their way on the so-called VLN variant, thus on the combination of the sprint course and the Nordschleife, the spectators have the possibility to visit the open BMW M Power grandstands, grandstands T12a, the paddocks and the spectator areas around the Nordschleife. Entrance is free everywhere.

Job exchange at the TÜV Rheinland business°lounge

All those who are looking for a true ‘full-speed job’ may also find what they are looking for on the 17th of March. The Nürburgring job exchange will start at 10am exactly in the TÜV Rheinland business°lounge. Anyone interested should be on-site at that time as, after a short presentation of the jobs, the job interviews will start right away.
