Keeevin Sports and Racing dominates class VT2

After Kevin Wolters and his team have already won class VT2 with their Renault Megane RS at the penultimate VLN round, Keeevin Sports and Racing repeated their triumph now at the season’s finale in finishing with a lead of 2:14.94 minutes over the runner-up team. Wolters and his team mates Janis Waldow as well as Alexander Prinz thus secured an overall win at the debut season of this class.

“A dream has become true for me. Two years ago, my target still was to be able to compete at all in the VLN. And now we have made it on top of the podium. That is unbelievable”, says Wolters enthusiastically.

Before the beginning of the season, the Renault Megane was prepared for racing in only five months. Without having completed a single kilometre of testing, Wolters and Co. started VLN race 1 at the Nürburgring. Throughout the season which comprised nine qualifying rounds, they scored the total of eight strong top three results in class VT2, including the two victories.
