Since two years, Jean Pierre Kraemer has been in charge of the look of one of the BMW race cars entered by Walkenhorst Motorsport in the VLN endurance championship. In a joint action with Dunlop, the TV commentator and tuning expert once again prepared three different designs for the BMW M6 GT3 for the season 2017 and invited the fans to vote through the internet for their “Dunlop Art Car 2017”. With 57 percent of votes, the winner finally was the design proposal “Crystal Flake”.
“The chosen design is very sexy and it will be a true eye-catcher in the field”, says Jean Pierre Kraemer. “The design is inspired by the past two years, with a lot of shadow play and many individual polygonal figures that break up. The viewer has thus the impression that the structure is not quite smooth and its design looks like a crystal.”
The “Dunlop BMW M6 GT3 Art Car” will make its debut with Walkenhorst Motorsport on the 25th of March at the first round of the VLN endurance championship Nürburgring.
