A new Porsche for Osieka and Sak Nana

They were still celebrating a class win at the seventh round of the VLN endurance championship Nürburgring, the 6h Race, and they were close to another success once again at the eighth race. At this race in the beginning of October, Adam Osieka and Kiki Sak Nana were in the lead of the Cup2 class with their Porsche 911 GT3 Cup. After about 5 hours driving time, the driver duo of the Team GetSpeed Performance had gained an advance of almost one minute. When the Porsche with start number 101 then passed the short connection to the Grand Prix Circuit, a collision spoiled all of their hopes. The Porsche hit into the tyre barriers and rolled. Fortunately, they suffered only material damage which, however, turned out to be a serious one – a total loss. And yet, team manager Osieka and Sak Nana will be able to start again at the ninth VLN race, even less than two weeks after their crash, in the Cup2 class – thanks to a huge overtime completed by the team.

So the team did not lose any time in the Performance Center in the Nürburgring Industrial Park and immediately ordered a new bodyshell and new parts. The mechanics who have been assembling the new car since last Friday have completed more than 100 working hours. “I am very proud of my whole team and the guys who waived their free weekend and the holiday in order to get the Porsche ready in time. There is now a top-new Porsche waiting for Kiki Sak Nana and me. We can hardly await the first rollout on Friday and we are looking forward to start the race with our babe. With Manuel Luck, a familiar face will join us this time, he has already competed in our team in the season 2013”, stated a confident team manager Osieka.
