For the coming season, Uwe Alzen and his brother Jürgen will jointly be at the start of the BFGoodrich Langstreckenmeisterschaft at the Nürburgring They will race in a Porsche 997 RSR prepared by Jürgen Alzen.
The season will start with a set-up session taking place on 28th March, followed by the first race on 4th April. The Alzen brothers are anxious to see how their 500 HP strong Porsche will stand up to their rivals. With the new regulations, the competition shall start afresh and the Alzen brothers’ target is to finish on a podium position as often as possible.
“I am really looking forward to the new season and I can hardly wait to be back again in the race car”, says Uwe Alzen. “I am very confident that my brother and myself have set up a good package to be very competitive.
