Brand switch: ATS replaces RIAL as series sponsor

In the future, the ATS logo will replace the one of RIAL, on the front fenders of the cars racing in the BFGoodrich Endurance Championship Nürburgring. Both brands are subsidiaries of the Uniwheels Group. “ATS is the Uniwheels Group’s high-tech brand,” explains Harald Jacksties, the Uniwheels Group’s Marketing Director. “From 2009, all our motor-racing activities will be concentrated there.” ATS is one of the globally most popular light-alloy wheel brands and a market leader in the automobile original equipment area. The rich in tradition label ATS has gained its brand popularity with its former individual Formula 1 involvement and its activities in today’s single-seater and touring-car racing. RIAL has been involved as Endurance Championship sponsor since 2007.
