Atle Gulbrandsen is a racing driver and a motoring journalist/test driver/TV-commentator.

Atle has been racing gokarts, touring cars, single seaters and endurance racing since he was twelve years old. He has been competing against drivers such as Mattias Ekström, Marco Andretti and Hans-Joachim Stuck, and has raced in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, France and the USA. Atle has a winning-percentage of almost 20% and became Norwegian Champion in racing in 2007.

As a 17 year old Atle became the world’s youngest Formula 1-commentator when he commentated Monaco Grand Prix for the sports channel Supersport. Atle has been commentating F1 since and works today for TV3 Norway. Atle also does some motorsports for NRK, Norway’s biggest TV-channel, and writes about motorsports for the Norwegian magazine Auto Motor og Sport. He has also been working for the magazine “Vi Menn” since 2000 and writes about motorsports and tests cars. The job with "Vi Menn" and other magazines and websites in the publishing house "Hjemmet Mortensen" is now his day job.
